Managing Director
Wouter leads Kensa’s offer to fund, own & operate shared ground arrays as a means to rapidly scale GSHP deployment. Previously Wouter was National Grid’s strategy lead, shaping National Grid’s strategy across networks, flexibility, renewables & heat.
Lisa Treseder
Director of Business Development
With extensive knowledge of delivering projects for the local authority and private sector, Lisa led the grant application for the ERDF-funded Heat the Streets project. Lisa is managing the delivery of this project and continues to promote GSHPs.
Kat Runnalls
Customer Manager
Kat is responsible for Kensa Utilities Customer Services, working directly with the customer to ensure that their ground source heating journeys are smooth and ensuring that customer receive the best possible service. Kat specialises in working with vulnerable customers.
Chris Crookall-Fallon
Senior Project Lead
Chris brings an extensive background in local government, community energy, renewables and technical and economic consulting in the public and private sectors. His focus is on developing opportunities to refine and rapidly scale the Kensa Utilities model.
Ned Lamb
Senior Commercial Manager
Ned is focused on driving Kensa Utilities’ commercial proposition for networked heat pumps at scale. Transitioning from a career in consulting, Ned completed his MBA before becoming a Low Carbon Energy Systems Research Fellow and published author (on increasing heat pump adoption) at Warwick Business School.
